Family Photos From Disney World

Day 1: Animal Kingdom

It was nice & warm and sunny but got colder through the week. Was a good day for a couple water rides even though it was only in the low 70's

Day 2: Breakfast with Mickey!

Alexis got to meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto & Goofy and did really well with all of them. I was impressed!

... And then it was off to the Magic Kingdom.
An early breakfast made for a long day. She was able to take naps in her stroller though... which was probably the best thing we could have brought with us! The rental strollers there were hard plastic & didn't recline. She was super comfortable! We figured out too to use the rain cover we brought with to shield her from the wind as it got cool.
Day 3: Went shopping at Downtown Disney
We scheduled for day to sleep in after our long day on Monday and went shopping. It was really cold this day... probably the coldest of our trip... so the timing couldn't have worked out better to be in stores instead of outside. Didn't spend too much money, but got to have some fun with the props around the area.
She didn't get to bring it home... but we found a Yoda doll that was just about as big as she was!
After dinner at Planet Hollywood in Downtown Disney, we took her to a walk-in clinic because her breathing had gotten fast because of her RSV. They gave her a triple nebulizer treatment and steroid shot and were able to get her oxygen levels up into an "okay" zone (92). The doctor let us go home instead of sending us to the hospital but made us promise to come back the next day for a check up. If she was as bad as she was when she came in, he said he'd send us to the hospital. What was interesting though, was that she was in a really good mood through everything!

Day 4: Dr. Office by way of Epcot
We started the day late and went to Epcot... it was cold again! But didn't get to stay very long because we had to be at the Doctor's office at 4pm when the opened. When we got into the office... an hour later, her oxygen level was at a 98!!! So they gave her one more steroid shot and sent us on our way.. back to Epcot!

Day 5: Went to Disney's Hollywood Studios
It was a little warmer at Disney Studios and Alexis was doing a lot better again.

She woke up during the Muppet Vision 3-D movie so I put the glasses on her and she just stared at the screen! Too Cute!

Day 6: Went back to Epcot
Since we didn't get to spend much time at Epcot the first time around, we decided to go back on our extra day. It was beautiful out and much warmer... back in the 70's!!!
Grandpa got this great idea... he's holding her from behind.
Wish we would have done it all around Disney!
Day 7: Time to go home!
We had three flights home from Orlando and she, once again, did great on all of them! (I credit her getting tubes put in her ears the week before the trip. They kept her from having problems with the pressure!) She slept most of the time and liked looking out the window when she could! Everyone on the planes kept commenting on how she was such a good little girl!
